What a busy summer! There is a lot of news to share:
My work is on display at the Menomonie Market Food Co-Op. Stop in to check
Recently I was asked by a six-year-old friend what my super hero power is. After a moments thought, my response was, like “Harold and the Purple Crayon”, I use my magic pen to draw my world. I love drawing. Even as a little kid I wanted to illustrate children’s books.
My curiosity and imagination has led me to explore many art forms.
I attended the Glasgow School of Art in Scotland, and the Minneapolis College of Art and Design where I earned a BFA in sculpture. Why sculpture? I love making things and being playful.
I have illustrated posters, logos, books, and albums.
I live in rural Wisconsin with my husband and kids, three spoiled cats and a little dog named Foxy.
